Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GoBeyond, we strive to provide high-quality web development and IT services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.
01Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by contacting us in writing.
If work has not yet started, any payment received may be refunded in full, less any non-recoverable processing fees or administrative costs, where applicable.
If work has already begun, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
02Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of web development and digital services, completed work is generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Billing errors.
- Services that cannot be delivered due to circumstances within GoBeyond's control.
- Other cases where GoBeyond determines that a refund is appropriate.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
03Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable once work has begun or the service has been delivered:
- Custom website development
- Web application development
- UI/UX design work
- Software development
- API integrations
- Website maintenance already performed
- Technical consulting
- Performance optimization
- Bug fixing services
- Any completed milestone approved by the client
04Client Delays
If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, or information within a reasonable period, the project may be delayed.
Extended inactivity may result in the project being placed on hold. Payments made for completed work remain non-refundable.
05Revisions
Projects include the number of revisions agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
06Subscription or Ongoing Services
For recurring services such as website maintenance or technical support, clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing period.
Cancellation will stop future charges but will not result in refunds for services already provided.

To request a cancellation or discuss a refund, please contact us with:
- Your full name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Project or invoice number
- Reason for the request
We aim to review all requests within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate our decision promptly.
